Alvar Aalto Art Posters: Sketches
The poster for the Alvar Aalto Sketches exhibition shows Aalto’s design for Helsinki city centre from the 1960s and 70s. Ultimately, the only part of the design to be built was Finlandia Hall on the shores of Töölönlahti Bay. The exhibition at the Museum of Finnish Architecture in 1973 was mounted jointly with Alvar Aalto’s architect’s office.
